  • News-Leader: Suds, fun on tap at inaugural Beer Bash. Attendees had over 40 different types of craft beer from around Missouri to sample in a unique venue — Park Central Square. (Other coverage: OzarksFirst)
  • OzarksFirst: Local fire department sets a fire to prove a point. Fires have been a common occurance in our area lately and today two more were started, by the battlefield fire department. It was all part of a safety exercise to help area residents understand risks and home safety technology.  (Other coverage: News-Leader)
  • KY3Making blankets and quilts to give comfort for kids in need in the Ozarks.  Local volunteers in Springfield teamed up with Project Linus to put their skills to work on Saturday to make no-sew blankets for kids in need.
  • KSPR: Armored van catches fire, starts brush fire in Taney County.  Friday about 4:30pm the Western Taney Co. Fire Protection District responded to the 22.6 mile marker of northbound Hwy 65 for report of a vehicle fire.
