The Branson Board of Aldermen will vote tonight on whether to approve a contract with Simon Property Group, which would turn over Factory Merchants Outlets to the city for management.   • News-Leader: Future of three school buildings unclear. As the Springfield School District expands Westport Elementary, the buildings that used to house Bailey, Berry and Pepperdine elementaries may be sold.
  • OzarksFirst: Equestrian center looking at Republic. Developers of an equestrian events center once planned for Christian County may be headed to Republic. They want to build a 15,000-seat equestrian events center, with 300-room hotel, water park, and RV park.
  • News-Leader: CoxHealth announces new leadership. Steven D. Edwards will become the new president and chief executive officer of CoxHealth. The health company also named a new chief hospital officer, chief clinical officer, chief of business development, and integrated physicians chief.
  • KY3: Branson nonprofits brace for off-season. As the Christmas season winds down, more Branson workers are expected to use nonprofit services to make ends meet until tourism bounces back in the spring.
