Today will be partly sunny and a little colder, with a high of 47.

Clouds will move in tonight, bringing rain chances tomorrow. Saturday will be windy as well, with gusts of up to 24 mph, the high temperature will nudge up to 55. Rain is likely Saturday night and possible Sunday night. But skies should clear by Tuesday.

  • OzarksFirst: Wilson’s Creek museum closing for renovation. The Civil War museum at Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield will be closing for a $400,000 renovation until April 2013. (Other coverage: News-Leader, KY3)
  • News-Leader: New districts throw lawmakers a curve. New boundaries for legislative districts were released this week, and they show dramatic changes for some area legislators up for re-election.
  • KSPR: Sale of historic Ozarks theater back on. The Church of the Rock, which bought the historic Princess Theatre in Aurora, has cleared the outstanding liens on the property, and the sale will continue.
  • KSMU: Commissioner to receive humanitarian award. Greene County Commissioner Roseann Bentley will received the Humanitarian Award from the Community Foundation of the Ozarks for her contributions to the area.
