  • News-Leader: State auditor threatens Springfield Public Schools with legal action. The auditor’s office has had difficulty obtaining records from Springfield Public Schools and is threatening to take the district to court to get the documents to conduct an audit.
  • KY3: Springfield businesses prepare for smoking ban. Businesses with vehicle fleets will have to include no-smoking signs in their cars and trucks as well.
  • OzarksFirst [KOLR/KSFX]: Tips to safely dispose of your mobile phone. Make sure to reset your phone to remove personal information and phone numbers before you throw or give away your old mobile phone.
  • KSPR: Ozark rejects adult-oriented business. The business owner of Patricia’s in Springfield tried to add a location at Highways J and NN in Ozark, but the city rejected his request after a packed public meeting at City Hall.
