  • OzarksFirst [KOLR/KSFX]: Convoy of Hope distributing on the ground in Japan. The Springfield-based charitable organization has landed its first trailer of supplies for distribution.
  • KSPR: Retail project going up next to Sam’s. An 87,000-square-foot retail project is going up next to Sam’s Club on South Campbell Avenue. The Academy, a sports and outdoors retailer, hopes to open this fall.
  • KSMU: Showboat Branson Belle launches many changes. This weekend, the Showboat Branson Belle had its inaugural cruise of the 2011 season. The ship, which ran aground in December with passengers on board, has received several upgrades and has been approved by the Coast Guard for operation.
