  • News-Leader: Elton John will play at JQH Arena. Elton John, one of the top-selling artists of all time, will perform April 16 at JQH Arena on the Missouri State University campus.   • KY3: Judge asked to consider closing files in Hammons case. A motion has been filed saying developer John Q. Hammons, who is in a Springfield nursing home, personally asked that the records in his guardianship case be closed. Friends of Hammons have filed for guardianship in the case.   • OzarksFirst [KOLR/KSFX]: Homeschool tournament brings thousands to Springfield. Organizers said 340 teams from 30 states are expected to descend on Springfield this week for the event. Overall, about 10,000 people are expected to visit the city. (Other coverage: KSPR)
