A 30 percent chance of rain is forecast, with wind gusts up to 30 mph and a high in the upper 70s.

Today’s picks:

  • KSPR: Businesses losing sales licenses. A website by the Missouri Department of Revenue shows 111 businesses have lost their sales licenses and owe more than $800,000.
  • KY3: Governor sees troops off to Kuwait. Gov. Jay Nixon helps send off National Guard members in Springfield. About 20 citizen-soldiers from the Missouri National Guard said goodbye to their loved ones Sunday as the group prepared to deploy overseas.
