  • KY3: Debates for Missouri’s 8th Congressional District begin tonight. The first of four debates among Independent Larry Bill, Republican (and incumbent) Jo Ann Emerson, Democrat Tommy Sowers, and Libertarian Rick Vandeven will be at 7 p.m. at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. Another debate will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Missouri University Science and Technology in Rolla.
  • News-Leader: Greene County grand jury to be sworn in this week. The county has not impaneled a grand jury since 2006.
